# ◦ 运用手机应用质押ATOM

我们默认您已将 ATOM 转移到新创建的钱包中。 您可以在二级市场购买正在出售的代币 ATOM，通常可以以比特币（BTC）交换 Atoms（ATOM）进行交易。

以下是如何质押ATOM

1\. 打开 **Cosmostation** 应用程序（通过 [iOS App Store](https://itunes.apple.com/kr/app/cosmostation/id1459830339?mt=8) 或 [Android Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=wannabit.io.cosmostaion) 安装）

2\. 找到到 **REWARD**（奖励) 名单

3\. 单击 **All**（所有) 选项，然后选择 **Sorting** 然后 **By Name**（按名称排序）

4\. 选择一个验证人，假设您选择了我们，**🌐KysenPool.io**

5\. 您会看到验证人简介，点击 **Delegate**（委托）

6\. 输入需要质押的 ATOM 数量

7\. 点击Confirm确认委托

**恭喜！**您已在验证人平台成功质押Atom。
